A Teasmith Gin Winter: Let the festivities BeGin

Let the festivities BeGin

Alas, Summer is over, the leaves are crunching and the Sloe Gin is steeping. What a time to be alive. And, time to take a break, right? Most definitely not! We have a really exciting Gin-ter planned this year, with events popping up left, right and centre. But we love serving up The Teasmith Gin, so that definitely doesn't feel like work to us.

I'm sure by now you'll have seen all of the crazy stuff that's been happening at Teasmith HQ over the last few months? Events, Awards, Weddings, TV. Our feet have barely touched the ground. And they ain't about to start either. Because, when the weather gets cold, the gin gets warming. So what have we got lined up, I hear you all ask? Well...

Affa Fine

Friday 9th & Saturday 10th November, DoubleTree by Hilton, Aberdeen

Could we get a more appropriate name for an Aberdeen event? Affa Fine is sure to be, well, affa fine, as the event welcomes food and drink enthusiasts from far and wide. There will be opportunities to sample over 100 varieties of cheese and wine from local, national and international suppliers.

There will also be a whole area dedicated to gin, whisky, and spirits alongside a free-to-attend Christmas Market for those more prepared for Christmas than us. Click here for further information.

FINE Christmas Market

Thursday 22nd - Saturday 25th November & Thursday 6th - Saturday 9th December, Aberdeen

Picture this. It's nearing Christmas in Aberdeen. The lights are twinkling in the Granite City and Santa's coming back for yet another bottle of Teasmith Gin. That man just can't stay away. If you're like Santa and want to find your perfect gin fix, don't forget to pop by the FINE Christmas Market. We will be posting further details as we get closer to the event but for now, mark those dates in the calendar. Because we want to see you there!

Barra Winter Festival - Taste of Winter

Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th November, The Barn at Barra Castle

And this my friends is what Gin-ter is all about. Could we be any more excited about this adorable event taking place in The Barn at Barra Castle?

Two days, to grab literally everything you could need for Christmas. From Christmas dinner to Christmas drinks (Teasmith style) and lovely little presents, all from local producers, this could be your Christmas sorted in one weekend. There will be live music and lots of tasty street food and well, this is one not to be missed. For more information or to grab tickets, click here.

Barra Taste of Winter

Granite EXPO

Tuesday 27th November, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Aberdeen

The Granite EXPO is a fantastic event for North East businesses as it offers them opportunities to cross-sell, network and exhibit to fellow businesses and visitors to the event. This is the 8th anniversary of the EXPO and with it being so close to Christmas, we think it will be a great event. There will be over 100 businesses there and various awards and prizes up for grabs. For more information about this event, click here.

Huntly Farmers Market Xmas

Sunday 16th December, Huntly

We regularly attend the Huntly Farmers Market. It is a fantastic benefit to the local area and really helps to showcase local producers of all specialties. You can pick up lots of goodies there including meats, cheeses, baking, handmade soaps, and Teasmith Gin...  With one week to go until Christmas, this will be a great opportunity to pick up last minute bits and bobs. Because even the most prepared person, forgets something at Christmas.

Aberdeen Christmas Village

And last but not least we have the Aberdeen Christmas Village returning again in the City Centre. Warm up with a Teasmith & Tonic being served in the bar and browse the local produce (including some special Teasmith gift sets). More information can be found here

Aberdeen Christmas Village

We hope to see you at some of these events and if you see us first, please come and say hello! A gin sharing is a gin caring.
