Delivery & Returns
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class and dispatched within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated. We choose Royal Mail as our preferred delivery service due to the weight of the package; it is the most reliable way to get the gin to you but their service is untracked. If you have not received your order within 7 days please email email@example.com

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased or a full refund. Order cancellations must be made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to the address on the label.
Return or Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your order please email us at email@example.com. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item if preferred. Delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order within the 7 day cooling-off period or where the goods are faulty.
If you are returning an item, the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
