This week’s cocktail is an absolute belter of a classic - the Negroni.
A rich, sumptuous drink with a beautiful bitter citrus edge. Incredibly simple to make but choose your ingredients wisely. The vermouth is critical as is your gin. The Teasmith with its classic juniper-led profile combined with light orange notes fits the bill perfectly.
We’ve chosen Carpano Antica for the vermouth - inspired after Nick sampled one of the best Negronis he’s ever had in France.
Method:
Equal parts of The Teasmith Original, Campari and Carpano Antica stirred over ice. Serve in your favourite tumbler and garnish with a hearty slice of orange peel 🍊
