Day Eleven.Old favourites - The Teasmith Southside was the first cocktail we created and is perfect for putting a little fizz into Christmas and New Year celebrations. To make, simply combine the following in a chilled champagne flute:8 mint leaves60ml Teasmith Gin30ml fresh lime juice15ml sugar syrupSplash of champagne for a touch of fizz (add at the end)#12daysofteasmith
